The date is April 27th 1941. The German military is entering Athens. A detachment under the orders of Captain Jacob and Lieutenant Elsnits headed to the Acropolis to take down the Greek flag and raise the swastika. A young man, Konstantinos Koukidis, refuses to surrender the Greek flag and carried it to his death, diving from the Acropolis.
